Chicken and seafood: finding your platter
Published · Ghost Portuguese Inspired
Compare Ghost’s six signature platters, their chicken and seafood combinations, and the sides listed on the menu.
Let the combination lead
A platter is about the pairing, not just the name. Ghost’s signature menu offers six combinations built around chicken, prawns, calamari and hake. Start by deciding whether you want chicken and seafood together or a seafood-only plate. Then compare the listed portions and sides. The menu does not specify a fixed guest count for these platters; ask the team what suits your appetite or group.
Sea’s Finest Pairing brings together six Argentinian king prawns grilled in garlic butter and 100g grilled calamari tubes. Crown and Coast Duo pairs six king prawns with hake, which can be grilled with lemon butter or fried with tartar sauce. Both list savoury rice or chips.

Surf & Turf Elegance combines half a flame-grilled baby chicken with 100g grilled calamari tubes. Land & Sea Duo swaps the calamari for three Argentinian king prawns grilled in garlic butter. Both come with a choice of chips or savoury rice.
Flame and Fin takes a different route: two 100g chicken fillets, grilled or fried, alongside six Argentinian king prawns. For the whole-chicken combination, Flame and Sea Fusion lists nine king prawns, savoury rice, chips and four Portuguese rolls. Here the menu lists all those sides, not a rice-or-chips choice.

The Ghost Portuguese Seafood Boil sits in the seafood section, rather than among the six signature platters. Its description includes crab, prawns, calamari, mussels, eggs, baby potatoes and corn, with chips and Portuguese rolls. It is explicitly marked dine-in only.
Prices and availability can change. Before choosing for a group, check the current menu and discuss any allergies, dietary requirements or portion questions with the restaurant. A WhatsApp enquiry is a convenient way to ask and arrange your visit; a table is only reserved once the team confirms it.
