Start with what you’re craving
A first visit does not need an elaborate plan. Ghost’s Portuguese-inspired menu brings flame-grilled chicken and seafood together, alongside pasta and meat free mains. Choose the kind of meal you feel like, then look at what comes with it. The descriptions matter: some dishes include a choice of chips or savoury rice, while others arrive with a specific combination of sides.
For a smaller beginning, the menu lists a Mussel Bowl, Calamari Tubes, Chicken Livers and Crumbed Mushrooms. The mussel bowl has eight half-shell mussels in garlic & herb sauce and a Portuguese roll; the calamari starter is a 100g portion.

Ghost Wings come as five flame-grilled wings with chips. Half and full baby chicken are also on the menu, together with single and double chicken fillet burgers. If seafood is your starting point, explore hake, Argentinian king prawns, calamari, paella or seafood pasta.
Can’t decide between chicken and seafood? Signature platters make the combinations easy to compare. Land & Sea Duo pairs half a chicken with three king prawns, while Surf & Turf Elegance pairs half a chicken with 100g calamari. Check each description rather than assuming all platters include the same sides.

The meat free section includes Vegetarian Alfredo, Grilled Haloumi, Protein Patch and Farmers Fuel. The Little Gourmets section lists crumbed chicken strips and a chicken cheese burger, both with chips. Meat free does not mean vegan or allergen-free: several dishes list cheese or creamy sauce, so discuss dietary needs with the team before ordering.
